Requirements

•2-3 years of relevant experience in an operations role (logistics preferred)
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
•Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
•Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Good problem-solving and coordination skills
•Willingness to work in rotational shifts
•Graduate in any discipline

Responsibilities

•Manage and monitor daily operations for timely and accurate task completion
•Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to track shipments and resolve issues
•Prepare, verify and maintain operational documents, records and trackers
•Follow up on delays, escalations and exceptions and ensure quick resolution
•Prepare and share daily and weekly operational reports
•Coordinate across departments and identify process improvement opportunities
